This month, governors will be carrying out scheduled apprentice contact sessions.
These short, informal conversations, lasting no longer than 15 minutes, are designed to give apprentices the opportunity to share their experiences of both their training and their working environment.
It is important to emphasise that these discussions are entirely supportive and developmental.
They are not assessments and have no impact on apprenticeship outcomes.
Instead, they form a vital part of our quality assurance process, ensuring that the learner voice remains at the heart of everything we do.
