Supporting apprentices on their journey to End Point Assessment success|Sportscape Education

For many apprentices, the journey to qualification involving learning, growth, and discovery leads to one defining moment: the End Point Assessment (EPA).

It’s the stage where months of hard work, practical experience and personal development come together, giving each learner the chance to prove just how far they’ve come.

As this milestone approaches, our apprentices have been putting in the extra effort to ensure they’re ready to shine.

In recent weeks, we’ve been running dedicated support sessions designed to boost confidence, refine skills and reinforce knowledge.

These sessions give apprentices the space to ask questions, revisit key topics and prepare for assessment in a calm, structured environment.

Guiding them through this important process is Ed, our Apprentice Liaison Officer, who’s been providing one-to-one advice, reassurance and expert insight.

From helping learners understand what to expect on assessment day to offering feedback and motivation, Ed’s support has been invaluable in helping every apprentice reach their full potential.

The EPA is more than just a final test - it’s an opportunity for each learner to showcase their journey, their professionalism and the real-world skills they’ve developed throughout their apprenticeship.

It represents not only their achievements so far, but the foundation for their future careers in sport and physical education.

Behind every success story is a combination of dedication, guidance and belief - and that’s exactly what drives our approach to apprenticeship education.

We’re proud to see our learners growing in confidence, skill and ambition as they take this final step toward qualification.

To all those preparing for their EPAs - good luck.
