First4Sport Training
At Sportscape Education, we believe that continuous professional development is essential to delivering high-quality education, supporting our learners, and maintaining the standards that underpin everything we do.
Following our recent External Quality Assurance (EQA) visit, our team took part in First4sport training, providing a valuable opportunity to reflect on our current practices, refresh our knowledge, and strengthen our approach to delivering qualifications.
The training gave our staff the opportunity to revisit key aspects of the First4sport qualification framework, reinforce their understanding processes such as use of AI and also standardisation activities focusing on learner feedback. This ensures they remain confident in supporting learners throughout their educational journey.
By investing in our staff and encouraging a culture of continuous learning, we aim to ensure that our delivery remains consistent, effective, and aligned with the expectations of our awarding organisation.
We see quality assurance not simply as a requirement, but as an ongoing commitment to improvement. By using feedback and learning opportunities to inform our practice, we can continue to enhance the experience we provide for both our staff and learners.
