Sportscape Education 2025 review: 100% apprenticeship success and a year of strategic growth

As 2025 fades into a memory, Sportscape Education is proud to reflect on a year defined by achievement, strong partnerships and measurable impact across apprenticeships and vocational learning.

At the heart of this success is an outstanding 100% apprenticeship pass rate.

This milestone reflects not only the dedication and commitment of our learners, but also the expertise of our tutors and assessors, and the strength of the support structures we have in place.

From onboarding to end-point assessment, our focus has remained firmly on quality, consistency and learner success.

This year also marked an important step forward in our curriculum offer through a new partnership with 1st4sport, one of the UK’s leading awarding organisations for sport and physical activity qualifications.

Through this partnership, 32 learners successfully passed 1st4sport courses, gaining industry-recognised qualifications that enhance employability and progression within the sector.

The partnership strengthens our ability to deliver relevant, high-quality training aligned with employer and industry needs.

Employer engagement continued to be a cornerstone of our delivery model.

Throughout 2025, we worked with seven different employers, supporting them to train and develop apprentices across a range of roles.

By working closely with employers, we ensured that learning remained practical, applied and directly linked to workplace outcomes, benefitting both learners and organisations.

Another significant milestone was Sportscape Education becoming part of EMPHASIS Community Interest Company.

This move reinforced our social mission and commitment to creating positive outcomes through education, skills and opportunity.

Being part of EMPHASIS allows us to collaborate more closely with like-minded organisations, strengthen our governance and amplify our impact within communities.

Beyond the headline achievements, 2025 has been a year of consolidation and preparation, refining systems, strengthening partnerships and ensuring we are well-placed for future growth.

As we look ahead, Sportscape Education remains committed to delivering high-quality apprenticeships, expanding employer partnerships and supporting learners to succeed at every stage of their journey.

With strong foundations in place, we enter the new year confident, ambitious and focused on continued excellence.
