Apprentices learn to lead safe, high-quality sessions in activities such as climbing, paddle sports, team building and problem-solving challenges. With real-world delivery in outdoor centres, learners gain the confidence and technical skills needed to thrive in the sector.

Level 3 Personal Training Apprenticeship

For individuals aiming to build a career in fitness, this qualification provides everything needed to become a confident, fully-qualified Personal Trainer. Learners develop advanced coaching techniques, programme design, applied anatomy and real-life client experience, preparing them for employment in gyms, studios or freelance roles.

Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship

Perfect for those working in schools, community programmes or sports clubs, this course blends performance coaching with athlete development and long-term planning. Apprentices refine their technical expertise while gaining the skills to support participant progress at all ages and abilities.

Level 5 Outdoor Learning Specialist Apprenticeship

Designed for experienced instructors ready to step up, this advanced qualification develops leaders who can design and deliver meaningful, curriculum-linked outdoor learning. Apprentices explore behaviour management, programme design, educational theories and leadership, equipping them to drive change and champion outdoor education in schools and centres.
